Update From The Zoo
October 11th, 2008Update From The Zoo
We Still Love Tori
Thanks to Christina for reminding me about the Florida animals - known around the world for the beating of our favorite high school cheerleader. These scumbags have also been referred to here on Blog About Nothing as the Florida “Punks”, “Dumbasses”, “Pigs” and a few other choice names that you’ll just have to read again to learn my true feelings about these, um, precious little snowflakes.
Trust me, I’ve actually held back much of what I was thinking.
Anyhow…
The news is - no real news, yet.
The criminal cases against Brittini Hardcastle (18), Mercades Nichols (17), Kayla Hassall (15), April Cooper (15), and Brittany Mayes (17), continue to move forward, slowly, as they face charges of battery and kidnapping related to the beating. Nichols, Mayes and Hardcastle also face a charge of tampering with a witness.
All five are out on bail.
No trial dates have been set, however pretrial hearings are slated for November 18, 2008.
In a shock a revolation to absolutely nobody whatsoever, Brittini Hardcastle’s lawyer has requested that her client’s curfew be extended so… no, wait… (…drum roll…) she can attend church two nights a week.
Church?
If anyone chooses to believe in an invisible wizard who lives in the sky, I fully support that - no matter which version of that wizard they choose to believe in. But, don’t you think that He gets very perturbed that most of His followers come to Him while awaiting sentencing for some heinous crime that may lead to life in prison?
I mean, you never find non-believers out there picking flowers in a meadow on a sunny day, watching the butterflies flutter amongst the delicate petals, and all of a sudden announce that they now believe in God and will be committing to a life of goodness.
Nope. Instead, the shining light - apparently - only comes to you after you’ve completely fucked up your life.
I don’t know, if I were God, this would just really piss me off. Hmmm… Maybe that’s why He created Ebola.
Well, I hate to break the news to you Brittini, but I have pretty direct contact with God and He’s told me that he’s not interested in your soul.
Sorry, Brittini, this is your new god:

More About Sarah

Just when I thought there was no way I could possibly like VP contender Sarah Palin more than I already do, I discover that in addition to being a former mayor, beauty queen, musician, and point guard on the state champion basketball team in 1982, she was also a cheerleader.
The above photo of Sarah (Heath) Palin is from 1984, when she won Miss Congeniality. What we need now are some photos from her time as a cheerleader.
Oh, yeah, and I still like her political views as well.
Setting An Example
August 22nd, 2008Setting An Example
A Bad One That Is
What is the best way for mature adults to resolve conflicts?
Well, if the conflict has arisen from an earth shattering injustice – such as your 9 year-old cheerleader daughter didn’t end up being placed into the desired squad – then apparently punching the president of cheerleading in the chin is a desirable method.
At least, if you’re 39 year-old Michelle Rains of Suwanee, Georgia that is.
The Forsyth County mom was arrested on August 15, 2008 and charged with simple battery in the case.
The altercation occurred in the gym at a local high school. Spoiled Princess Rains was, according to the police report, demanding that her daughter be placed on another squad.
When told that change would not be completed at the cheer clinic, the report states that Rains yelled “This is not over!” and during an apparently minor scuffle ended up hitting the victim in the chin, before taunting her with “Oh, did it hurt!?”
The moral of the story is clear… If your precious little snowflake doesn’t get everything she wants – or in this case, everything you want her to have – be sure to demand that everyone caters to your desires, even if it requires yelling, shoving, and making a fool out of yourself publicly.
We’re talking about cheerleading for a youth football organization here… Chill.

(Michelle Rains)
I’m just so damn sick of “adults” (and I use that term loosely) who throw their little temper tantrums when things don’t go their way.
There are literally hundreds of thousands of American citizens losing their homes to foreclosure, tens of thousands losing their jobs, and the biggest apparently problem in this woman’s life is that her child didn’t get placed onto the preferred cheerleading squad.

Arresting Mercades
August 8th, 2008Arresting Mercades
It’s Habit Forming
It’s been a while since I’ve posted an update on my favorite high school cheerleader, Victoria Lindsay – or more specifically, the fucktards that were arrested for assaulting her.
Let’s just say, when I’m right, I’m right…
And, yes, I usually am.
Back on May 19th, 2008 I mentioned in a related post that one of the assailants, Stephen Schumaker, had been arrested again since his original release in this case. I also mentioned in that post that more of these jackasses would be revisiting jail sooner rather than later.
In fact, I said:
“Put me down for $20 on Mercades Nichols, who I predict will violate her pre-trial conditions before long.”
Well, here we are, three months later, and I’ve learned that precious little snowflake Mercades Nichols has indeed been arrested, again…
What for this time?
Oh, just three counts of misdemeanor battery, one count of misdemeanor stalking, two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and one count of aggravated stalking, which are third-degree felonies.
This arrest stems from a violation of a restraining order filed by her ex-boyfriend last year.
Mommy and daddy must be so proud of their little 17 year-old princess.
When at 17, it has been shown beyond any reasonable doubt that you will never be anything but a burden to society, it’s time to consider just deporting this idiot to Zimbabwe.
And, for the love of God, sterilize her parents.

Cheerleader Season
July 27th, 2008Cheerleader Season
My Favorite Season
Around the NFL, the guys are returning to training camp in preparation for the upcoming season. The new playbooks are being perfected and guys are competing for starting positions.
This is my favorite time of the year, as I wait in great anticipation for the start of a new and promising Cheerleader Season.
Um… I mean football season, of course.
But, I can’t wait to see all of those new faces on the team…

Cheerleaders And Google
July 26th, 2008Cheerleaders And Google
A Strange Combination
Google never ceases to amaze me. There is not doubt they provide an incredible tool that has become an essential part of our lives, but their search result logic sometimes baffles me.
Somehow, Blog About Nothing has become the #1 search result for “uga cheerleading 2008″.
Now… Please understand… I absolutely love cheerleaders. They are God’s finest gift to mankind. In fact, they even rank above mermaids.
And, as my favorite college team(s), I am also quite fond of UGA.
But, I currently only have one post about a UGA cheerleader.
How that qualifies my little blog for the top in the results is beyond me. Possible Google can read my mind and realizes that - while I only have one post about UGA cheerleaders, they are in fact on my mind for the better part of each day.
OK, Google, I’ll try to live up to the bar you’ve set.
In the meantime, Go Dawgs!

Can She Resist The Urges?
This actually happened a week ago, but I’ve been too pissed off about it to address the topic.
Brittini Hardcastle, one of the bitches charged in the beating of Victoria Lindsay, Blog About Nothing’s favorite high school cheerleader, is no longer under house arrest conditions.
That’s right; her attorney was able to convince Judge Spoto that she should no longer be subjected to such restrictions while she awaits her trial on felony charges of kidnapping, battery and witness tampering.
You know, because Ms Hardcastle has so much to contribute to society, why should we all be denied her companionship?
I figure this will just give her more opportunities to violate her pretrial release conditions. Come on Brittini… You know you can’t resist those temptations… Go for it.
Skank.

Buying Witnesses
June 13th, 2008Buying Witnesses
Would You Expect Anything Else From Florida?
Just hours ago, prosecutors in the Victoria Lindsay beating case announced they are dropping charges against Cara Murphy, 16, Stephen Schumaker, 18, and Zachary Ashley, 17 - who had faced kidnapping and battery charges in the case.
The State Attorney’s office noted the same explanation for each of them, “Further investigation has shown that there is insufficient evidence to proceed with charges against the defendant.”
Can anyone say “state’s witnesses”?
Obviously, the state is gearing up for the criminal trials of the remaining defendants by securing testimony from these jackasses.
Tori has a lot of friends out there now though. I wouldn’t advise these three to stray far from the safety of their own homes.
Just sayin’…

No Love For Mercades
Following up on the June 1st post here regarding Mercades Nichols’ desire to be let out of her cage…
This morning, Circuit Judge Keith Spoto denied her request to be able to speak to the media regarding charges against her of beating a 17-year-old former Mulberry High School cheerleader (Blog About Nothing’s favorite high school cheerleader that is!).
Judge Spoto did lift some house arrest restrictions Nichols was under, allowing her to attend church and find a job. I’m sure Mercades has been craving both church and work.
Her lawyer, James Holz, said his client wanted to defend herself against the criminal allegations she faces. Holz accused Polk Sheriff Grady Judd of “spinning” a case for political gain. And, you know, those videos must lie.
So, as expected, it’s another good day for Victoria.
Mercades Nichols Has A Dream

Has A Dream
Free At Last? Let’s Hope Not…
A bit of news out of Lakeland, Florida regarding Tori’s case…
Mercades Nichols, one of eight teens charged as adults in the March beating of 16-year-old cheerleader Victoria Lindsay, is seeking permission to talk publicly about the case and travel out of state to give interviews, according to a written request filed in Circuit Court.
I think my unwavering support of Victoria should already indicate what my opinion is on this request from little miss skank Mercades.
The motion to modify the terms of Nichols’ pretrial release also requests eliminating her house arrest conditions and allowing her to get a job.
Nichols’ lawyer, James Holz, said he was advised to file the motion after asking permission from a court employee for Nichols to speak with the media and “issue a possible apology.”
A hearing on the motion is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. Tuesday in Circuit Court before Judge Keith Spoto.
Oh, you can be sure that the results of the hearing will be posted here on Blog About Nothing.
Keep supporting Tori!
