Keep Supporting Victoria
The prosecutors in the Victoria Lindsay beating case have released some additional photographs and videos as part of the discovery phase of the case. This is the point in the case where the prosecution must share its information with the defense (good luck trying to “defend” this one).
As a reminder… I make no claims to unbiased posts regarding this case. I support Tori 100%, just as I’m sure everyone else does. And the benefit of not claiming “fair and balanced” posts about this, or anything else you will read on this blog, is that I can say I very much look forward to laughing at the little fuckers that did this to Tori when each of them are sentenced to prison on the felony charges they’ve been presented with. They are all going to meet some very unfriendly people behind those bars. If only we could see photos and videos of what they are going to look like after their prison “greetings”.
People need to remember what happened here, and keep this in the spotlight. Friends of Tori – which number in the thousands now – need to continue to support her. And we need to push the prosecutors to fight for stiff sentences in this case. The felony charges levied against the morons in this case… Oh, and let’s name them again… April Cooper, 14; Britney Mayes, 17; Kayla Hassell, 15; Brittini Hardcastle, 17; Cara Murphy, 16; Mercades Nichols, 17; Zachary Ashley, 17, and Stephen Schumaker, 18… all carry up to life in prison. While I think most reasonable people would agree that life in prison would be a bit harsh in this case, a good solid year in jail followed by about 10 years of probation would seem fitting for the crime. You know that each of these little punks will violate that probation anyhow and will end up back in the slammer before long.
And, Brittini Hardcastle… There’s a special little place in hell reserved just for you.
To all of the cool people in the world – Keep showing your support for Tori. Just because some time has passed does not mean that she no longer needs us. Send her letters, cards, and anything that will bring a smile to her face:

Tori,
I hope everything is going better for you. I hope your health will be restored to what it was. I hate that this happened to you. I can see why they are all so jelous of you. Even with the pictures that I saw afterwards you are so much more pretty than they are. I follow this case because I came from a bad neighborhood and I’ve been lured myself and was luck to get out because my mom came looking for me after my friend had got out of there and went and got help. Its a bad feeling wanting to leave and cant. Feeling so alienated with noone on yourside and because of that feeling, I’m kinda obsessed with following your case. I pray justice prevails. Keep your head up. God is our creator and he has a special direction for your life if you let him pilot you.

I was horrified to see what happened to you. I went through similar as a ten year old. Struck back at all the perps before 18th birthday. I wish you a full recovery (emotionally & physically). For your own self confidence, I suggest you learn mixed martial arts so you’ll know you have the ability to always defend yourself against trash. Hold your head high and fearlessly pursue your ambitions.
And remember: the 8 trash bags will be haunted for the rest of their miserable lives by this, for you; go forward never looking back – you go girl!

I feel sorry for her- her life has gotten turned upside down because of all this media attention, not just the incident itself. From what I’ve read elsewhere, she is an honor student, and I wonder if she will be able to go to college in the fall? She shouldn’t allow this to put her life on hold.

Tori,
I hate that this happend to you. however, I understood by the reactions not only of the 8 who did this, but also the reactiosn of their parents. There is not excuse for physical violence like this. I hope your recovery is as quick and easy as possible, and I too reccomend that you take martial arts classes so that you know you can defend yourself regardless.
I too feel that these 8 need to spend time behind bars. And know for a certainty that there are many outthere who are like me who support you 100%. Rebuild your life and your self esteem by having faith in your future.

I read about this whole ordeal while I was in Iraq, it made me physically ill. I hope these fucktards get whats coming to them. I’m sorry you had to go through that, I really am.

Tori, I just heard about what happened to you tonight while I was looking through some things on google. I hadn’t heard until tonight that you had had to endure something like this. Watching and reading about it made me sick to my something. I grew up in a rough part a Nashville TN, but I have never in my life seen anything like this. I felt myself getting angry enough to want to seek those girls out and beat them the way they did you. I sincerely hope you are recovering physically and emotionally from this horrible horrible scene. Those girls will all have to live with this for the rest of the lives. It will be tough for the the pieces of garbage to get jobs or accepted to college or even have friends who will trust them. And, in time, we know what comes around goes around. I want to know what happens to these vile and evil creatures. I want to see them pay and suffer for what they did. My heart goes out to you sweetheart. You and your parents continue to be strong.
