Not A Good Plan

A Reuters report today indicates that California told to prepare massive prisoner release.

U.S. judges have told the state to prepare to release more than 40,000 of their 150,000 inmates. This is an action to address overcrowding problems.

They also indicate that many of these prisoners suffer from health problems.

So, the state will be forced to release 40,000 inmates, many with medical problems, into a cash-strapped society with high unemployment rates.

Does anyone actually expect the outcome from this to be good?
