Stupidity

It’s Not Just For Florida Anymore

Not Again

Not to be outdone by the stupidity in Florida, a group of southern Indiana middle school girls apparently videotaped the beating of a 12-year-old schoolmate, and because it worked out so well in Florida, proceeded to post the video on popular video and photo sharing site, PhotoBucket.

According to police, on April 12, 2008, the girls lured the victim to a parking lot near a warehouse in the town just north of Louisville, KY and videotaped the ensuing violence.

The video begins with one girl arguing with the victim. This quickly escalates into a fight during which the 12-year-old is repeatedly hit in the head as the other girls watch and laugh.

The suspects are between the ages of 12 and 14, and police are still conducting interviews so charges have not yet been filed.

It is believed that this act of violence was inspired by the highly publicized beating of Victoria Lindsay earlier this month.

It can only be assumed that these little geniuses saw the results of the Florida case – in which each of the suspects have been charged as adults and face up to life in prison – and thought “Hey, this is a great idea! Let’s beat someone up and videotape it!”.

Clearly, there needs to be a lot more beating going on in this country, and we should start with the parents of these little jackasses.
