Stuff I Can’t Live Without
Another day, another item (or five) to add to my ever-growing “I Need That” list. In fact, I’m adding a new category for that list right here so I can remember everything that I can’t possibly live without – or, you know, in case some rich older woman comes along and wants to splurge on a hot, younger, guy. Or, if he’s not available, maybe on me.
Anyhow, after now seeing this first-hand, there is no way I’ll survive another day without a tankless water heater.
OK, slight exaggeration, but with a wife and three daughters – two of which are teenagers – I have suffered with cold showers for practically the past decade.
I was just visiting with a neighbor who just had a tankless water heater installed and has endless hot water…. I need that!

I have gas fired tankless water heaters at my home, my office and at 3 of our rentals. They can work well, but we encountered a number of issues when installing them.
