Road Mats
My wife and I have some very close friends who own 100 acres of property near a beautiful lake. A little over 10 acres of the parcel is actual lakefront property. The lake is at the opposite end of the property from the main road and their house. A large portion of the property between their home and the lake is protected wetlands. And, herein lies the problem.
Since the time that our friends bought this property and constructed their home, they have dreamed of building a boathouse at the edge of the lake.
