Thank You

A Great Suggestion
Here’s an interesting solution that someone very close to me came up with recently when we were in need of several dozen Thank you Cards after a recent event.
My simplified “Guy Solution” was to go to the local card store, and buy them. After all, that’s what card stores are for, right?
That’s when she, my better half, looked at me with that “are you really that stupid?” look, and said “Sure, if you want to spend $500 on cards.”.
Obviously, I would rather not spend that amount of money on Thank You cards. But, what alternative did I have?
She then suggested that we take a look at what might be available from companies that usually sell cards like these in bulk. A company that usually sells to businesses would be ideal. A company with experience providing a service such as this through a user-friendly website would be perfect.
CardsDirect.com was one of several websites we visited during the initial search. After reviewing the options on the CardsDirect site and comparing to some of the competitors, it was clear that they would be able to provide exactly what we needed.
They have a huge assortment of cards available, including a very wide variety of Thank You cards. What we needed was something simple, yet elegant. It didn’t take any time at all to decide upon the “Black and Pastel” card, and we were able to easily personalize the message on the inside of the card, as well as add our return address to the envelopes.
Buying these cards from CardsDirect provided us with a 50% savings over the card store price, we didn’t even need to leave the house, and the cards were sent within 3 days.
Maybe I should send a Thank You card to my wife for talking me into this.
