Peppermint Bark

Expensive, But Worth It

The highlight of the Christmas season? No question – peppermint bark, some of the best of which is available at your local WIlliams-Sonoma retailer.

Yeah, I know, it is available from other retailers and different brands, or you could even go with homemade, but there’s something about the Williams-Sonoma offering that just works for me. At something around $30 per pound though, it is ridiculously priced. Of course, that didn’t stop me from buy the first couple of pounds for the season… You gotta live.

    Yes, it is delicious and I too taste the difference in Williams-Sonoma’s bark. You could make it yourself. Or, if you are looking for a new way to use the bark try it in place of chocolate chips in a chocolate chip cookie recipe.
